• Onigiri Action

Onigiri, the Japanese rice ball, is a beloved comfort food widely eaten across Japan. It is made from short- or medium grain steamed rice molded into a triangular, ball, or cylindrical shape.  It is often wrapped with nori (roasted seaweed) and stuffed with a variety of fillings and flavors. It’s a perfect snack that is tasty, healthy, and easy to make!

    • Tatami

Hagihara Corporation was founded in 1892. At the time of its founding, it
exported tatami mats to the United States, but this was halted due to WW I.
Now, we are once again selling tatami mats in the U.S., aiming to share their
unique qualities and appeal with a wider audience.
